Breastfeeding Promotion Act Re-Introduced

Congresswoman Lois Capps is among others launching the reintroducing the Breastfeeding Promotion Act on Capitol Hill to protect the rights of breastfeeding mothers at work. The act “would also provide tax incentives for employers to establish private breastfeeding areas, and make breastfeeding equipment tax deductible for families, allowing working moms the time and privacy at work.” Let’s hope it passes this time around as the last attempt in 2007 failed.
